Tusk gorilla trail sculptures set for public auction

The Tusk Gorilla Trail Auction is the culmination of a summer-long celebration of gorillas and the people that live alongside them, showcasing the magnificence of this remarkable species through the medium of sculpture. Fifteen unique and life-sized gorilla sculptures, curated by Chris Westbrook from Westbrook gallery, formed a trail across London's iconic Covent Garden throughout the summer months. These one-of-a-kind pieces, designed by some of the brightest talents from the worlds of art, music and comedy will now go under auction, with proceeds supporting Tusk's work protecting gorillas, their habitats and other vulnerable species across Africa.

Toyota debuts GR Yaris H2 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed

Toyota gave thousands of motorsport fans at the Goodwood Festival of Speed a taste of how the race and rally cars of the future might sound and perform, showcasing its development of alternative, sustainable power technologies.
Last weekend’s event hosted the UK debut of the GR Yaris H2, a prototype rally car which uses hydrogen fuel in an internal combustion engine – a development of the three-cylinder 1.6-litre turbo petrol unit featured in the production GR Yaris. At the same time as it significantly reduces tailpipe carbon emissions, the powertrain maintains the sound and feel that are traditionally part of the excitement of watching and participating in motorsport.
